I'd never been to Detailz before and booked Carlos based off reviews/pricing. Not only am I very pleased with the service and result but my overall experience will definitely bring me back. Carlos was really down to earth and welcoming. Although the other barbers were busy with clients, they all welcomed me the minute I walked in the door and not at any moment did I feel strange. I had a vague idea of what I wanted done (haircut and beard trim) and Carlos made it happen. Hands down one of the best shops in the Duval area.
